Shipping policy

Guerline Art Ships USA Only

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped out after order

date. Shipping times do not include weekends. This time frame does not

include actual delivery time through the carrier. If you are currently questioning the status of your order please note that you will receive an email notifying you when your items have shipped out along with a tracking number if applicable.

Sticker orders under $10 ordered separately from other items will be shipped via USPS Postal Mail therefore will not include a tracking number. If your sticker(s) does not arrive in 3 weeks from order date please contact us at guerlineart@gmail.com and we will mail you a replacement 

Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced

in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by

carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No

refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact

USPS or FedEx to initiate a missing mail search request.
